Potatoes 'n Shrooms - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1" cubes
  • 8 ounces  mushrooms -- sliced
  • 8 ounces  sour cream
  • 8 ounces  French onion dip
  • ½ stick  butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
  • ½ onion -- chopped
  • 1 garlic clove -- minced

​​PREPARATION
In a large pan, mix all ingredients, and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.

Especially for Mushrooms Lovers! Serve with 1998 Pork 'n Shrooms.
