Potatoes 'n Shrooms - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
In a large pan, mix all ingredients, and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
Especially for Mushrooms Lovers! Serve with 1998 Pork 'n Shrooms.
- 12 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1" cubes
- 8 ounces mushrooms -- sliced
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces French onion dip
- ½ stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper -- to taste
- ½ onion -- chopped
- 1 garlic clove -- minced
