Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing - 2005

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons  chianti vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic -- chopped
  • ½ cup  fresh parsley -- chopped
  • 1 cup  mayonnaise
  • 1 cup  sour cream
  • 6 ounces  blue cheese

​PREPARATION
​Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate. Makes about 2 cups.
