Zucchini Cake - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup nuts
- 2 cups zucchini -- shredded
