Vegetable Casserole - 2002

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package  frozen broccoli/cauliflower mix - (California Mix) – 16 oz.
  • 1 cup  onion -- chopped
  • ¼ cup  margarine
  • ½ cup  cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 1 can  cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup  milk
  • ½ cup  instant rice -- not cooked

​​PREPARATION
Cook veggies and onion in margarine for @10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.  Place in 9x9 pan. Bake at 350degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe can be doubled or tripled successfully.
