Three Cheese Pasta Sauce (Fromage à Trois) – 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
PLACE all ingredients in saucepan on warm.
WARM until cheese is melted. Stirring occasionally.
SERVE over favorite pasta.
Options: Add peas and sautéed mushrooms to sauce; serve with grilled chicken on top.
If sauce is thin, add flour until preferred consistency is reached.
- 1 pint heavy cream
- ½ cup asiago cheese -- shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese -- shredded
- ½ cup Romano cheese -- shredded
- 1 dash seasoned salt
- 1 dash nutmeg
