Taco Soup III (Weight Watchers) – 2005

INGREDIENTS
  • 14 ½ ounces diced tomatoes -- canned
  • 14 ½ ounces diced tomatoes with chiles -- canned
  • 14 ½ ounces  mexican style corn with chiles -- canned
  • 2 cups  mixed beans -- cooked
  • 1 large  onion -- chopped
  • 1 package  taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package  ranch salad dressing -- dry

​​PREPARATION
Sauté onion with vegetable oil cooking spray. When softened, combine all other ingredients and cook until heated through.

Makes 7 cups. Serving size is 1 cup. 1 Point per serving.
