Taco Soup I – 2002

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound  ground beef
  • 1 can  diced tomatoes
  • 1 can - small  diced green chiles
  • 1 can  diced tomatoes and chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 can  Ranch style beans
  • 1 can  pinto beans
  • 1 package  taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package  ranch dressing
  • cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • tortilla chips or corn bread
  • Optional - add one can of corn

​​PREPARATION
Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients - except cheese and chips.

Serving Ideas: Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread and cheese.
