Taco Soup I – 2002

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients - except cheese and chips.
Serving Ideas: Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread and cheese.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can - small diced green chiles
- 1 can diced tomatoes and chilies (Rotel)
- 1 can Ranch style beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package ranch dressing
- cheddar cheese -- shredded
- tortilla chips or corn bread
- Optional - add one can of corn
