Pickles, Preserves & Relishes

Sweet Pickled Peppers - 2025

  • 8-10 sliced jalapeños, serranos or a combination
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic (1 T jarlic)

PREPARATION
Add all ingredients except peppers to a saucepan and bring to boil. Add peppers and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest until cool. Place in jars and refrigerate. Ready to eat in a couple of hours!
