Spanish Soup - 1997

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Combine beef and taco mix according to directions. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until rice is tender.
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 package Mahatma Spanish rice
- 1 can stewed tomatoes -- undrained
- 1 can corn -- undrained
- 1 can ranch style beans -- undrained
- 1 can pinto beans -- undrained
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes -- undrained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper -- to taste
