Spanish Soup - 1997

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound  ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 package  Mahatma Spanish rice
  • 1 can  stewed tomatoes -- undrained
  • 1 can  corn -- undrained
  • 1 can  ranch style beans -- undrained
  • 1 can  pinto beans -- undrained
  • 1 can  Ro-tel tomatoes -- undrained
  • 1 package  taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups  water
  • salt and pepper -- to taste

​​PREPARATION
Combine beef and taco mix according to directions.  Combine with remaining ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until rice is tender.
