Spaghetti Sauce III - Frank's - 1996

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Onion -- Chopped
  • 4 Cloves  Garlic -- Smashed
  • Olive oil
  • 28 Ounces  Crushed Tomatoes
  • 16 Ounces  Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon  Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon  Oregano

PREPARATION
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.  Add tomatoes and herbs.  Simmer very slowly for 2 hours.
