Shrimp Pasta - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces  spaghetti -- cooked and drained
  • 1 cup  butter
  • 6 cloves  garlic -- minced
  • 8 large  raw shrimp
  • 6 large  mushrooms -- sliced
  • 6 tablespoons  Romano cheese -- grated
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • ½ teaspoon  pepper

​PREPARATION
In a large skillet, combine cooked spaghetti, butter, garlic, shrimp and mushrooms.  Cook in skillet over medium-high heat, chopping up shrimp as it cooks. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper, and serve. Top with additional cheese.
