Pickles, Preserves & Relishes

Salsa - 2005

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can  blackeyed peas -- drained
  • 1 can  black beans -- drained
  • 1 can  corn -- drained
  • 1 can  diced tomatoes -- with juice
  • 1 cup  green peppers -- chopped
  • 1 cup  onion -- chopped
  • 1 can  green chiles -- chopped
  • 1 cup  Italian salad dressing -- of choice

PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight.  May want to lightly sauté onion and green pepper. Great with tortilla chips!
