Salsa Chicken - 2002

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Lightly brown chicken and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Add salsa, water and rice. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve after cheese melts.
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1-2 jar salsa
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups instant rice -- dried
- 2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
