Salisbury Steak - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans  golden mushroom soup
  • 1 ¼ pounds  ground beef
  • ½ cup  bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup  onions -- diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup  water

​PREPARATION
Mix 1/4 cup of soup, beef, breadcrumbs, onions and form into patties. Brown patties and place in baking pan. Cover with remaining soup and bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 300 degrees.​
