Rhubarb-Strawberry Pie - 1997

​​INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/3 cups  sugar
  • 1/3 cup  unsifted flour
  • 2 cups  rhubarb -- cut into 1" chunks
  • 1 pint  strawberries -- Hulled & cut in half
  • 1 pie crust  (9 inch)​​

PREPARATION
Combine sugar and flour. Stir in rhubarb and strawberries and place in pie shell.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
