Pumpkin Pie Wisconsin style - 1998

INGREDIENTS
FOR ONE PIE
FOR TWO PIES
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients and pour into a pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 25-30 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
FOR ONE PIE
- 2 cups pumpkin
- ¾ cup sugar (1/2 granulated, half brown)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
FOR TWO PIES
- 1 large can pumpkin
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk (6 oz.)
