Pumpkin Pie II - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue baking until done (knife comes out of center clean).
- 2 cans pumpkin, canned
- 3 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 pie shells
