Pot Luck Potatoes - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can  cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounces  sour cream
  • 1 small/med  onion -- chopped
  • 3 cups  cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 1 stick  butter (can substitute with 1/3 can of water)
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
  • 1 package  frozen chopped hash browns

​​PREPARATION
MIX ingredients together and put in 9 X 13 pan. BAKE at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
