Cookies, Candy & Desserts

Peanut Butter Snacks - 2002

​INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ cup  Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup  honey
  • ¾ cup 
  • non-fat dry milk
  • ¼ cup  wheat germ
  • 1/3 cup  rolled oats

PREPARATION
Mix ingredients together. Shape into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate.  

Optional: Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles, coconut, oats, or cinnamon, or dip in melted chocolate.  

Ginny Shonk used to make these "protein" snacks for the kids to munch on after school.
