Orange Roughy - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Lightly flour fish and brown well in butter over medium heat, about 5 minutes each side. Combine water, bouillon cube, lemon juice, wine and pepper. Mix well and pour over fish. Simmer about 5 minutes.
- Orange roughy
- ½ cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup white wine
- pepper -- to taste
