New York Cheesecake - 1998

INGREDIENTS
Butter an 8x8x2 Pyrex baking dish and sprinkle with fine bread or cracker crumbs. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Set into a large pan of hot water. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and water bath immediately. Chill overnight.
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons flour
