INGREDIENTS
CAKE
TOPPING
PREPARATION
Mix cake ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Test with a toothpick. Let cool. Mix topping ingredients and pour on top of cake.
CAKE
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup pecans -- chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING
- 1 box powdered sugar (approx. 3 3/4 cup)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 3 eggs
