Nana's Potato Salad - 2021
Recipe courtesy of Ginny Shonk

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Marzetti Original Slaw Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Celery seed, to taste

PREPARATION
  • Boil potatoes.  Cool, peel and chop.
  • In a large bowl, add potatoes, vegetables and eggs.
  • In medium bowl, mix mayo, slaw and mustard until combined well.  Mix into potato/veg mixture and stir to combine.
  • Add salt and celery seed to taste

Note: Can eat right away, but best to make a day ahead.

A tasty spin on potato salad and a favorite at summer cookouts. If you want to make it like Nana, be sure to cut your potatoes and vegetables verrrrrry small.
