Nana's Meatballs - 2005

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds  hamburger
  • 1 pound  pork
  • 1 cup  bread crumbs
  • 1 cup  parmesan cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper -- to taste
  • Garlic powder -- to taste
  • Dried oregano -- to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley

​PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients, roll into balls, and bake at 350 until browned. Drain, and place in sauce to continue cooking.

Nani likes to add some chopped fresh parsley; approximately 1/2 cup. Ron recommends 80% lean beef for this recipe, so they aren’t dry.
