Mexican Meatloaf - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
COMBINE ingredients, reserving 1-cup tomato sauce.
SPOON mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan. BAKE at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
HEAT the tomato sauce and serve with meatloaf.
- 1 pound ground turkey, or ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- 1/3 cup tortilla chips -- crushed
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
