Mexican Meatloaf - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound  ground turkey, or ground beef
  • 1 can  tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup  tortilla chips -- crushed
  • ¼ cup  chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped green pepper
  • 1 package  taco seasoning mix

​PREPARATION
COMBINE ingredients, reserving 1-cup tomato sauce.   
SPOON mixture into a  9x5 loaf pan. BAKE at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.  
​HEAT the tomato sauce and serve with meatloaf.
