Meatballs in Sour Cream - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Combine first eight ingredients and make into balls; brown lightly. Add consommé and red wine. Cook 15 minutes, thicken liquid, stir in sour cream.
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon mustard
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup milk
- dash nutmeg
- ½ onion -- minced
- 1 can consomme
- 1/3 cup red wine
- ½ cup sour cream
