Manhattan - 2020
Recipe courtesy of Ron Wozny

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass, add several ice cubes, add whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Stir for at least 10-15 seconds. Coat the bottom of the glass with a teaspoonful of cherry syrup, and strain your cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a cherry or two.
NOTES: I prefer Bulleit Rye or Maker's Mark Whisky. Use a quality cherry, like Traverse City or Luxardo cherries. If you prefer your Manhattan on the rocks, use an old fashioned glass. Same method... Coat your glass with cherry juice, fill with ice and strain stirred cocktail over ice. Don't forget the garnish!
The Manhattan is a foregone conclusion when I get together with my good friend, Kevin Neisel!
