Lemon Snowflakes - 2012

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Mix the lemon cake mix, egg and topping. The dough will be very sticky. Refrigerate for one hour. Drop by tablespoons into powdered sugar and gently roll until covered.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before removing.
Makes about three dozen 3-inch cookies.

- 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip or other whipped topping, thawed
