Hollandaise in a Blender - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients except butter into a blender. Pour melted butter into blender as it blends. Continue to process until emulsified.
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 stick butter -- melted
