Hickory Smoked Beans - 1996

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Cook bacon until crisp. Cook onion in bacon drippings and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

- 6 slices bacon -- diced
- ½ cup onion -- chopped fine
- 2 cans pork and beans
- ½ cup light molasses
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons liquid Barbecue Smoke®
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
