Grilled Corn With Garlic-Herb Butter - 2026
Recipe courtesy of Ron Wozny

Picture
INGREDIENTS
  • 4-6 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra for seasoning corn before grilling
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil (avocado or canola)

PREPARATION
  1. Husk 4–6 ears of corn. You don't need to soak or boil them first.
  2. Make the butter by combining 4 tablespoons softened butter, 1 small grated or minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and black pepper.
  3. Get the grill to medium-high, roughly 400–450°F. Lightly coat the corn with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Put corn directly on the grates and grill for about 10–12 minutes. Turn every 2–3 minutes, until you have some nice char but the kernels are still juicy.
  4. As soon as it comes off, slather corn with the garlic-herb butter.
