Ginny's Famous Guacamole - 2002

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 avocados -- mashed
  • 1 medium  onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 medium  tomato -- finely chopped
  • 1 can - 4oz  green chiles 
  • Dash  Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon  lemon juice

PREPARATION
Ginny suggests putting the avocados - 3 to 4 - in the food processor, then add remaining ingredients.

Taste tested and approved by the Nohls and Weiderholts at some family function at the Nohl's old house!
