Funi Salad - 2005

INGREDIENTS
SALAD
DRESSING
PREPARATION
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well, chill for 2 hours. Add crushed noodles to the salad and pour dressing over salad just before serving.
SALAD
- 1 head cabbage -- chopped
- 1 cup celery -- chopped
- 8 green onions -- chopped
- ¼ cup almonds -- slivered
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 packages Chicken flavored Ramen noodles -- crushed
DRESSING
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 packages seasoning from the noodles
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- salt and pepper -- to taste
