Fried Green Tomatoes - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Crush saltines very fine. Lightly beat eggs. Dip tomato slices in flour, then eggs, then crackers. Fry in oil to a golden brown and enjoy!
Perfect with Sunday night sirloins on the grill! Towanda!!!
