Frank's Bean Salad - 1996

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Cook the rice, lentils, bulgur and chickpeas in double their volume of water until cooked. Add the remaining ingredients in whatever proportion suits your fancy. Chill.
- ½ Cup Brown Rice
- ½ Cup Lentils
- ½ Cup Bulgur
- 1 Can Kidney Beans (Progresso)
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- Celery
- Onion
- Peppers
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Chives
- Parsley
- Balsamic vinegar
- Lemon Juice
- Rice Wine vinegar
- ½ Teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Pepper Sauce
- Scallion
- Cucumber
