Easy, Cheesy Burritos – 1997

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound  Colby cheese -- grated
  • 1 pound  ground beef --  browned and drained
  • 2 packages  taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small can  tomato sauce
  • 1 medium can  ranch style beans
  • 1 cup  water
  • 1 package  tortillas
  • 1 medium  onion -- chopped
  • 1 can  black olives -- drained

​PREPARATION
Combine ground beef, taco mix, tomato sauce, beans, and water.  Simmer for 30 minutes. Fill tortillas with mixture, cheese, onions and olives.  Roll and place in a sprayed baking dish.  Top with more cheese and spoon remaining juice from meat mixture over top just before baking.  

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
