Appetizers & Starters

Easy (But Good) Clam Dip - 1997

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans  chopped clams -- with liquid
  • 2 tablespoons  butter
  • 3 tablespoons  parsley -- chopped
  • ½ teaspoon  garlic powder
  • ½ cup  seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¾ cup  parmesan cheese -- shredded
  • ¾ cup  mozzarella cheese -- shredded

PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella (Don't drain clams). Place mixture into small casserole dish and top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly brown on top.  Serve with crackers or bread.​
