Cranberry Salsa - 2017

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Mix all together and chill for 24 hours. Serve with Fritos.
Note from Anne: I usually put in two jalapeños ... Since you are removing seeds, you are removing a lot of the heat!
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 2 pkgs. Craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1.5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8-10 oz. cherry jam or preserves
