Cranberry Apple Crisp - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Combine first six ingredients and place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes.
- 8 cups apples -- sliced
- ½ cup cranberries -- coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon apple juice, frozen concentrate
- 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons apple juice, frozen concentrate
