Cookies, Candy & Desserts

Cranberry Apple Crisp - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 cups  apples -- sliced
  • ½ cup  cranberries -- coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup  light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup  golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon  cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon  apple juice, frozen concentrate
​Topping
  • 2/3 cup  quick cooking oats
  • 3 tablespoons  whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup  light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon  cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons  apple juice, frozen concentrate

​PREPARATION
Combine first six ingredients and place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top.  Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes.
