Cowboy Sidecar – 2022

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 ounces Whiskey (TX Whiskey preferred)
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 jalapeño slices (one for muddling, one for garnish)
  • Lemon wedge
  • Sugar rimmed coupe cocktail or martini glass

PREPARATION
Moisten the rim of the cocktail glass with a lemon wedge and dip in sugar to rim the glass.
Muddle jalapeño in a shaker, top with all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake until well combined. Strain over fresh ice in sugar-rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a jalapeño slice. 

TX Whiskey is Ben's favorite distillery and the creators of this amazing craft cocktail. This a modern take on a classic drink with a subtle bite of  jalapeño. Very delicious!
