Cowboy Beans - 1997

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound  ground beef
  • 1 small  onion -- chopped
  • 1 can  pork and beans
  • 1 bottle  Bullseye BBQ sauce
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
  • potato chips -- crushed

PREPARATION
Brown ground beef and onion together, and drain well.  Add beans and 1/2 to 3/4 of the jar of BBQ sauce.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer for about 30 minutes.  Crumble potato chips over top when serving.
