Grandma Wozny's Chocolate Frosting - 2005

INGREDIENTS

• ½ stick  butter
• ¼ cup  milk -- + or -
• 3 tablespoons  cocoa
• 2 cups  powdered sugar

PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients and beat until fluffy.
