Cookies, Candy & Desserts

Chocolate Chip Cookies II – 1996

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ Cup  Butter Flavored Crisco
  • ½ Cup  Butter
  • ¾ Cup  Golden Brown Sugar -- Packed
  • ¾ Cup  granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon  Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups  Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon  Baking Soda
  • 12 Ounces  Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup  walnuts -- Chopped

PREPARATION
Cream shortening, butter and sugars until smooth.  Beat in vanilla and egg.  Stir in flour and baking soda.  Add chocolate chips and nuts.  Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.  Bake at 325 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
