Chicken Spaghetti II - 2003

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Layer spaghetti over bottom of a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Cook together tomato soup, green pepper, onion and garlic. Stir in hen, mushroom soup, pimentos and cheese. Pour over cooked spaghetti. Bake at 350 degrees F. until bubbly. Thin down sauce if necessary. Serves 8-10.
- 1 stewing chicken -- cooked, cut, boned
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion -- diced
- 1 can pimientos -- optional
- 1 large green pepper -- diced
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese -- I use light variety
- ½ pound cooked spaghetti
