Broccoli Casserole - 1996

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package  Chopped broccoli -- Thawed
  • ½ cup  Chopped onion
  • ½ cup  Chopped Celery
  • 1 can  Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 jar  Cheez Whiz (8 0z)
  • 1 1/3 cans  Minute Rice

PREPARATION
Sauté onions and celery in butter.  Add the soup and Cheez Whiz.  Stir in the broccoli and rice and pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
