Breakfast Bake - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Separate and pat the biscuits onto bottom and sides of slightly greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with sausage, cheese and green peppers. Combine eggs, milk and spices; pour over the biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and eggs are set.
- 2 8 ounce can buttermilk biscuits
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ¼ teaspoons oregano
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 eggs -- slightly beaten
- 8 ounces brown and serve sausage links-- cooked, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green pepper -- chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
