Breakfast

Breakfast Bake - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 8 ounce can  buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 cups  sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • ¾ cup  milk
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons oregano
  • ½ teaspoon  pepper
  • 6 eggs -- slightly beaten
  • 8 ounces  brown and serve sausage links-- cooked, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons  green pepper -- chopped
  • ½ teaspoon  salt

​PREPARATION
Separate and pat the biscuits onto bottom and sides of slightly greased 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle with sausage, cheese and green peppers.  Combine eggs, milk and spices; pour over the biscuits.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and eggs are set.
