Cookies, Candy & Desserts

Bourbon Balls - 1998

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups  vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons  cocoa
  • 1 cup  confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tablespoons  corn syrup, light
  • ½ cup  walnuts -- finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon  salt
  • 1/3 cup  bourbon or rum

PREPARATION
​Mix all ingredients and shape into walnut sized balls.  Roll in powdered sugar.  Store in airtight container (may need to re-roll prior to serving).
