Bourbon Balls - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients and shape into walnut sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container (may need to re-roll prior to serving).
- 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- ½ cup walnuts -- finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup bourbon or rum
