Banana Fritters - 1998

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Mix flour sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the mixture and add the egg and milk. Mix until smooth. Slice bananas in half cross-wise, then in quarters lengthwise. Dip into the batter fry in oil.
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg -- slightly beaten
- ½ cup milk
- bananas
