Bacon Bloody Mary Mix – 2015

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Puree all ingredients, adding olive juice and hot sauce to taste.
Refrigerate mix until needed. Garnish drinks with bacon strips, olives and/or lime.

- 5 cups Tomato Juice
- 8 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice can also use lime juice)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Adobo Puree Sauce (reserve chipotles for future use)
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 tablespoons Freshly Grated Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 6 Olives (plus some juice to taste)
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
