Bacon Bloody Mary Mix – 2015

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 cups Tomato Juice
  • 8 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice can also use lime juice)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Adobo Puree Sauce (reserve chipotles for future use)
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 3 tablespoons Freshly Grated Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Celery Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 6 Olives (plus some juice to taste)
  • Hot Sauce (to taste)

PREPARATION
Puree all ingredients, adding olive juice and hot sauce to taste.
Refrigerate mix until needed.  Garnish drinks with bacon strips, olives and/or lime.
