Bachelor Pancakes (Pancakes for One) – 2015

INGREDIENTS
  • ​3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tsps vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar

PREPARATION
​In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg, milk and oil.
Stir in dry ingredients just until blended.
Pour batter onto a lightly greased hot griddle, or you can use a lightly greased frying pan.
Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes and edges are slightly dry.
Cook until the other side is a golden brown.

Emma likes to add chocolate chips!
